Max Silverstein has over 10 years of experience teaching private music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. As both a professional music instructor and California credentialed teacher, he combines strong musicianship with proven teaching strategies that help students build confidence, develop solid technique, and enjoy the learning process. His lessons are tailored to each student's individual goals, whether they are picking up an instrument for the first time or looking to take their playing to the next level.

Max has performed as a guitarist in several rock bands throughout the years, gaining valuable experience performing live and collaborating with other musicians. His musical interests include rock, metal, blues, jazz, funk, acoustic, and contemporary styles, and he continues to study, play, and explore new techniques and music technology.

For more than a decade, Max has taught private guitar and saxophone lessons to students ranging from young beginners to adult learners. Music has been the biggest passion in my life for as long as I can remember. I love helping students discover the excitement that comes from learning an instrument and watching their confidence grow with each lesson. Whether you're learning your first learning the rudiments of music, improving your improvisation, or mastering your favorite songs, my goal is to make lessons enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding. I believe every student can become a great musician with the right guidance and consistent practice. As an instructor, I aim to foster genuine love for music for students to reach their musical goals.

Lesson Rates
30 Minutes – $50 ($200/month)
60 Minutes – $90 ($360/month)
Monthly tuition is based on four lessons per month and reserves your weekly lesson time.
