Studied Commercial Photography at City College for 2 years in SD - received A.S.

Performed in the Nevada music scene for many years before moving to SD - Vegas, Reno, Tahoe
Performed for 20 years with the Mesa College Big Band as a special guest guitarist.  While with the Mesa Big Band, performed with Louie Bellson, Bobby Shew, Bill Watros, and Mudel Lowe
Performed for many years with Local musicians in SD including Jennifer Batten (Jazz Fusion), Kris Klich’s Jazz Quintet, Sam Johnson’s Jazz Groups as well as recording many albums

Teaching lessons for over 40 years.  All levels, Most styles, + Ear Training and Reading

Lessons are catered to the students skills and interest. Method books are chosen on an individual basis. However, these books are frequently used:
